What's the usual turnaround time?
3–5 business days from receiving the product and a brief. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — ask when you reach out.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included on every package. Additional rounds can be added if needed.
Do you ship products, or do I send links/files?
For physical products, you ship directly to me. For apps or digital products, send access/login details in the brief and I'll take it from there.
What do usage rights actually cover?
Base pricing covers organic posting rights for you to repost the content. Whitelisting/spark ads or paid usage requires an add-on, scoped to 30 or 90 days depending on the option chosen — just include it in your offer.
Can you edit to our brand guidelines instead of organic-style?
Yes — raw, ready-to-post footage is the default, but I edit to spec (captions, brand kit, pacing, CTA overlays) whenever a campaign calls for it.
Do you require a retainer to start?
No. Flat-rate is a normal way to start working together — plenty of partnerships begin there and move to a retainer once the fit is proven.
